EMILY  MALTBY is an NYC based director and choreographer.  Most recently, she co-choreographed EVITA at New York City Center with Argentine Tango dancer Valeria Solomonoff. She also co-wrote and directed  ALLEGORY at the La Jolla Playhouse WOW Festival as well as directing a reimagining of Lerner and Barry's LOLITA, MY LOVE at the York Theatre Company. Other credits include:  FIDDLER ON THE ROOF (Singapore), WEST SIDE STORY (Priscilla Beach Theater), and the world premiere of TOAST (Bloomington Playwrights Project). As associate: FIRST DAUGHTER SUITE (The Public Theater), THE LION (Manhattan Theater Club). She served as a dramaturg for NYMF for three years, as well as the script supervisor for the development and Broadway production of ANASTASIA. Emily holds a Bachelors degree from Northwestern University.
